I was second in line so I had to wait for the person in front of me to finish, which was about 10 minutes. They offered me a water bottle while I waited. I eventually moved to another bay as they were still working on said car. They top off fluids, check and fill tire pressure/air, and clean your windshield. You do stay in your car, which is nice. I just listened to a podcast while they worked. The technicians are friendly. Basic oil change is $38, with the full synthetic costing $78. There are a couple other options in between with costs going up with oil quality. I get at least 6k miles with synthetic before the light comes on; whereas I only get about 3k with traditional, recycled oil (they use recycled oil for basic, in case you don't know that--everywhere). My point is, the price is about the same based on mileage. My only opinion about synthetic is you don't have to go as often as it breaks down at a slower rate. I don't know if it is better for your engine, if you're changing your oil when needed. They check all the air filters too. I buy those at Advanced and have my husband change those. It is nice to know which ones you need to change, though. They do try to up-sell, but that's their job. When you say no, they move on. It does take more than 5 minutes, but the service is quality. Check their website for a $7 off coupon. Text it to yourself and they will scan it when they take your payment. All in all, a great experience. .
