How funny that there are only 5 star comments for this salon-you know someone is deleting all the bad ones-LOL :D. I've been to this salon a total of 3 times and never again. I had my color by Lionel because of all the comments about his "great" work, well let me tell you that it is not my experience. I went to have my roots done with color and highlight, however because the roots were virgin hair Lionel didn't know what to do and still sent me home with multi-color hair. Not all the virgin hair took to the color so I had a circle around the crown of my head that was still my natural color. I had to call him and explain to him the error. I went back to attempt to get it fixed, but it just ended up been another fail. He had to ask the owner for advice on how to color virgin hair and when he finally got ALL of my hair one color-it was the wrong color! He wanted me to come back for a third time, but the owner overhead and decided to help, by literally splashing color on my hair with a brush that was closer to the color I wanted. After damaging my hair beyond repair with 3 different color treatments--I've decided never again!
