I know this place seems to have a bum rep, but I've been a couple times and never had an issue.
The first time I went in was for a shellac manicure. The esthetician (Jackie) did a fantstic job and it lasted a full 2 weeks just like it was supposed to. It came to around $35 after tip which is much less than other spas in the area.
I also went in recently for a blowdry and I didn't catch the name of the girl who helped me but she was great too. She gave and awesome scalp and neck/shoulder massage and I left with perfectly styled hair for $30.
I'm not sure if I would go in for a cut or colour but I for little things, Mosheta is reasonably priced with a great staff.
