These people are a HUGE scam! My car was towed fron Fremont street from a parking lot that had a little sign in the corner and no one one duty in the so-called shack. If the lot is closed then block off the entrance or chain it off.
The parking lot attendant acts like he is doing you a favor and calls the driver and then encourages you to pay extra money to have them bring the car back. When I spoke to the driver, he then requested to talk to the attendant, they chatted for a minute and then said they need to get an okay to see if they can bring back the car. They called the attendant back and then the attendant said, WOW, you lucked out. They are going to bring back the car and not even 2 minutes later my car is around the corner turning in. Really??? What a way to mess up a day and lose over $200.00. They waited till I paid to take the car off. I was so pissed. These guys are scammers and I hope someday they will experience what's its like to be towed and taken.
