I want a refund.
Horrible service. Took like 10 minutes to even see an employee and then another 40 minutes to get a hookah. Took another 20 minutes to flag down an employee to get food and another 20 minutes to get a cheesecake and some Oreos.....
The place is really nice and clean (except for the bathrooms) but it isn't worth it. The quality of the hookah is average, nothing special. $24 for regular hookah with a flavor. We got the Frozen Lakes flavor but you couldn't really taste it.
The music was very low and poor quality. And an employee served us soda with ice when we said no ice and just walked away.
Overall, very disappointed. We are locals and we had heard very good things about this place. But we were not impressed. We had nobody check on us for over an hour and when we were ready to pay, an employee approached us and said in a rude way, "what do you need?".
Hoping to com back one day and get the proper service.
