Signed up for VOIP phone and internet service. Signed a contract. Quoted under $200/mo. Was told it would be 90 days to complete order. 60 days passed with no communication. Called and emailed my sales rep who did not reply for 10 days. Called business sales with my new account # and work order #. Could not be found in the system. Got emails from install with IP Addresses and work order. A phone number was provided if I had questions. Called the phone # which then asked for the 9 diget employee extension. Number was not provided in the email. No option to speak to anybody without extension #. Emailed the employee who sent the work order with no reply ever. Finally got the phone # for the sales supervisor who had no idea what was going on. Supervisor called back 30 min later to say the job was on hold(I was never informed). Said the price had changed to over $600/mo. I asked about the contract I signed and she said that it was not binding on CenturyLink to fulfill. Never seen a Fortune 500 communications Company with no ability to communicate. Got to think they wasted a $1000 worth of time and effort on a job they never should have quoted. Their phone service sucks and the internet is their future but they do not know how to deal with new technology. Stay Away!
