Let me start by saying -- if you are looking for a trustworthy, fair, reliable mechanic -- Look no more. I could not be more please. After getting nickeled and dimed from the dealership - I finally found a mechanic I could actually trust. Bobby ( the owner ) took the time to evaluate what I actually needed. ( asked me if I was sure I wanted to put the $$ Into it, as it was a lot of work on a 14 year old vehicle ) He gave me a huge discount and threw in little extras for free- since I was having sooo much done. After getting my vehicle back in less than 2 days-I was a little hesitant to see how it would run. It has never run better or sounded better!
Why should you trust him you ask? So, I bring my vehicle back in because a belt was loose ( squeaking ) I dropped it off- a few hours later Bobby calls me up and says- Your going to need a new Radiator - Me: Oh shoot, I know it was old, your probably right - ugg how much is it? He said free-- What?? He said when unscrewing the cap it broke off in his hand- and since he was the one who broke it-- he'd cover it. What? You are joking right ?? Nope! When I arrived to pick it up ( that same day) he showed me my radiator and how it was so rotted, it became brittle. Now I know not everyone would be so honest and fair! He could have easily told me another story and made me pay- and to be honest, I would have. Nice to have a great mechanic with heart! Bobby I will be referring you to all my friends! Forever a customer! Thank you!
