If you have a chance to buy a property that is run by this HOA.......DON'T!!!! I have a rental property in one of these communities, they do VERY LITTLE upkeep on the property. There are two small patches of grass in the whole place, and a pool. They consistently raise the HOA and do nothing different. In my community, they have all 2 car garages, and their main concern with the property is to fine people if they DON'T SEND A PICTURE TO THEM OF THEIR GARAGE SHOWING THAT THEY CAN PUT AT LEAST ONE CAR IN IT. I understand that there is limited parking around the community, but I have had a clean garage with 2 cars in there for 2 years of my living there with no complaints against me. They decided to FINE me for not sending a picture of my garage when I don't even live there anymore. My renter also keeps two cars in the garage at all times. They OVERCHARGE for their services, and look to fine people any time they can, because the company has had people embezzle money from the company. When I asked about, the manager of the property said the person "lost their moral compass and doesn't work there anymore......no further comment." Seriously, that is how you address the situation?! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
