Easily the worst experience I've ever had at a fitness gym. Staff never had time for my questions but jumped at the opportunity to try and make more money off of me. I also got overcharged and wasn't refunded in full, what kind of business practice is that? Overcharging your customer and then not refunding them in full for a mistake that they made. They've also got ridiculously high fees both for the membership and for signing up. While having a gym that's open 24/7 and located conveniently in my area is nice, the gym doesn't offer enough to justify it's high cost. I've since switched to Planet Fitness because it's $10 with no commitment or start up fee. Yes, it is further away but it's a much nicer environment to work out in. I also highly recommend going to Markham community centers as their staff is very helpful and actually make time for you. If you're going to pay a premium, go to a premium gym like GoodLife. Avoid Snap Fitness.
