Waited in line for 5 mins to place an order, cashier has me wait another 5 mins while a previous customer skips me in line and proceeds to refund her. Has to call her manager because she doesn't know how to do it. Logically, the best thing to do is take my order that takes one min, and then have the previous customers order refunded. Where is the logic?
