had this system for a little over a year now. had a rocky install process with lots of delays but since they my system has been running well. only issue is i've had to replace the batteries for the gas detector twice already which i find odd. and they're expensive $14 each batteries. i like the system and the alerts. working with monotronics has been fine also. price seems pretty standard and i like that i can access it all from my phone. i do wish when the alarm went off it wasn't just the sound at the base, as mine is in a closed laundry room- from upstairs it might be difficult to hear it if lets say i was in the shower or had music on. it would be nice if there was another alarm sound upstairs.
