Absolutely awful first experience here. Sherry I guess was her name? I came in for a gel removal and gel manicure and pedicure. She was nice at first until I wanted the polish off my toes completely off. It looked like a 5 year old painted my toes(I had more polish around my toenails) she kept telling me it looked good but it looked quite embarrassing. Plus I asked her to ONLY file my toe nails- instead she cut them down to nothing, super super short! Then she still wanted $30 after she took off the polish off my toes. Absolutely NOT! She was very defensive and argumentive. She smelled like a pure ashtray- she took a couple breaks outside to smoke her cigarettes. I came here based on the reviews and I shouldn't have. I'm glad everyone else has had a good experience but mine was FAR from it. If she ever leaves maybe I'll come back but first impressions are everything. All the other employees seemed to be friendly and knew what they were doing.
