Got a piece of some sort of long metal junk that punctured my tire in the tread part recently that just put a damper on my day. I was able to get the tire changed and at least get on my day a little late to work and whatnot. After coworkers recommended discount tire as having great service, I gave them a call and let them know my situation early on in the morning. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Pat who told me to come on in whenever I had a free moment and they'd take care of me. After work I was able to get to this discount tire location. After seeing how many people were in waiting on a Friday night just before close I was a little skeptical. Within 30 seconds I was greeted by Pat who was able to personally come and take a look at my broken tire. He assured me that they'd be able to fix it up... free of charge (what!?)! I only waited a good 30 minutes before the guys had me back on the road with my tire back on my car and the spare all put away nicely in my car. I couldn't have had a better experience dealing with an issue like this. Thank goodness for the great people who work at discount tire, especially Pat, who made me feel like I was truly a customer (without charging me anything for the service) and not a number in and out the door. I will add that they were all working in 100F+ weather and still had smiles on their faces. Highly recommend this place if you have anything to do with tires! A++++
