It is with heavy heart that I must write this review. I have been going to Dr. Schwimmer for 5-6 years, my 91 year old mother has been going to him for over 30 years. But when he moved and changed his staff, it wasn't the same. His new Staff is rude and not dependable. I called in to make sure she had sent a lab form, she hadn't done this twice before, leaving me to take my mother home and try again. She started yelling at me about there were 3 people in the office and she was the only one there. Didn't get the form had to go to a doctor who had descent staff. I won't be going back, I will miss Dr. Schwimmer BUT not his rude and inept staff. It is a shame he won't listen to his Patients. I understand he is retiring, and does not want the headache of training his staff to treat his Patients with respect. However his staff represent him. And Dr Swimmer is going into retirement with a huge black stain on his professional reputation. I don't expect him to read this or care. Such a loss.
