I went there because I purchased a coupon from Deal Find. Uh oh. I went when they were undergoing renovations, so maybe they were transforming into a spa. But it is not a spa. I did not get the sense that anyone working there knew what they were doing. The same lady did my pedi, mani and massage. While she seemed nice, she was not good. I don't think she's even received an aesthetician course! The massage room was very cold, the towels were old and raggedy. She used a body lotion to rub my back and arms! That's not a massage. I can do that myself after taking a shower! Nice girl, and I understand everyone needs a job, but let's not make up services and skills! The pedicure was ordinary. The manicure was equally ordinary. She kept polishing outside my nail. In the end, I spent 3+ hours and I was very tired. It was not relaxing. When I phoned to make the appointment, I was told they were going to be able to do the mani + pedi at the same time. They didn't. It was a disaster and I'm not returning.
