Worst Dunkin in Phoenix. I've been a Dunkin customer since 1996 and this place continues to disappoint time after time. Multiple times I've come to get food for my co workers only to find the ovens are down for cleaning... on a Monday at noon when I'm trying to buy lunch on my break and now I have to go to another place and ask my coworkers what else they want with no time left to do it. Only 2 employees and a line at the counter and one at the drive thru. Unacceptable. I doubt the owner will read this because he obviously doesn't care at all about the quality of his business or service. And I know it's a him because I've seen him there ignoring the abundance of different problems I was having another time I was there recently.
