I would give it zero stars but that option is not available. Used to go there all the time. Every time I went and everyone else that has been here the wait is 1 to 2 hours. Not kidding. And then they schedule your appointment and don't send reminders. And then you end up paying a $50 co-pay.
It's close to my house and very convenient. But I just got tired. Every single time that we went there myself and my kids we waited and waited and waited like dummies in the waiting room. If you are going to run a business You need a class on customer service. If you are that busy then you need to hire more people or don't overbook. Because it's not nice to make somebody wait for hours.
