I am so disappointed with them. I purchased a groupon with a link to book an appointment for a party of eight. There was a promo code input, which I submitted and saw no change in the total. Went back to groupon and the instructions state to bring in the groupon code, but does not address any error. I submitted the code once again with the same result. I didnt want to miss out on the time slot so submitted the payment after calling their business number. Nobody answered. I then called several times today with no answer to remedy the error. A friend called and got through. She was told my promo code was invalid and all sales are final. I called and was told the same even though I explained my dilemma. Asked to speak to someone else. They were busy and eventually left me a message telling me what I was told previously is what I can expect. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was told this was a common complaint with them. I was perfectly fine with paying my original price of $89, but not an additonal $240. I had to tell my party that plans were cancelled. We were all looking forward to this day. Will never come to this establishment or recommend to others.
