I had a great first encounter with Kevin, the general manager, who sold me a membership. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of your questions. I am a former Planet Fitness user and now I understand why LA Fitness costs slightly more. It makes sense since some of their locations have a pool, racquet ball, and all have fitness classes.
Shawn, the personal trainer, was also very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to my session with him.
Honestly I was surprised it wasn't more expensive - I always thought it was a "fancier" gym with higher rates (around $60 a month) but I was really happy when I found out it was $30 a month.
