Kelly Wallace from Henderson Properties has since sent me an email asking me if I would delete my comment since they are "working hard to correct the water shutoff problem" at my rental. I have yet to receive the rent credit I was promised, in writing. She has the nerve to request this despite the fact that all of this has yet to be resolved. I feel their offer is low, and have yet to receive anything but empty apologies, excuses and promises.
You would think the owner of Henderson Properties would have reached out by now. To assure me that shutting off my water 3 times in 10 months is unacceptable. After he has been copied on all the emails I've sent on this matter. Nothing. That is a direct reflection on his integrity and leadership. In my opinion. Must be just how things are run around there.
