Kuhn's in Moon Twp.- Bakery department did a royal cluster on a cake ordered. I suggested the place. $35.00 The company ordering was celebrating a rebranding and the Executive Assistant gave to the bakery attendant how the new name should look, light letters on a gray background or just block letters with a line across two of the letters. SHE GAVE THE BAKERY A PICTURE. What was made were swirly letters in RED, no line above 2 relative letters of the rebranding. The purpose of the cake was celebrating the REBRANDING LOGO. This cake failed miserably. It was edible but did not fill the purpose. In two trips to the store requesting an adjustment the best they offered was $5 with the knowledge that this experience will be on several social media and to never order from there again. They were solid on the $5. We requested $10-15. So for $5-$10 they preferred to have this experience out there. And so here it is. An executive assistant ordering for a specific purpose vs. a bakery lady and what she heard vs what was said. Not to say one was smarter than the other but you can figure it out.
