Currently in a room waiting... I have already been here for over 2 hours. If they didn't take my copay already I would have left and went somewhere else where they have a sense of urgency for the sick in need of care. The lady at the front desk is useless. She couldn't even tell me the average wait time to be seen with only 4 others ahead of me. I will not be coming back to this place.
P.S., this is the 2nd time I have been here, I thought the 1st time was a fluke of service since they were new. That is obviously not the case, they just don't care about providing "urgent care".
