Friday September 22 was Buy One, Get One Free Day as advertised by Marble Slab. The place was busy and everyone was patiently waiting in line for their turn. There were only 2 staff working the front. The owner was rushed and rude when serving us. When we got to the cash, she automatically charged us for 4 cones, instead of 2 since it's BOGO. When we said, "Isn't it BOGO?" the owner replied with, "Well how am I supposed to know? I'm not a mind reader. I'm not just going to give everyone here BOGO, only if they ask for it will I give it." I simply think that is such dishonest service, especially when Marble Slab very publicly advertised it's BOGO. When you go to any other establishment and there's a promotion, they automatically adjust the price when you're paying, so I don't get why these owners should be any different. I get you have a business to run, but you get return customers by providing good service and a quality product. Unfortunately the service is absolutely horrendous and the owners just seem so stingy with their ice cream and mix-ins. Super disappointing.
