Of all the Pet Planets I have been to - this is my favourite one and by far the best for customer service. I pop in here regularly after walks around LIghthouse Landing with my wee little furgirl. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and recently - when I needed a dog tag muffler ( a rubber ring to go around the tag) the staff member gave me the last one from the display as they had none left and they didnt make them anymore - and didnt charge me! Such great customer service.
I like that they have a great bulk section of dog chews and I also like that they have products that put health first, while balancing costs. They also carry a wide range of products from brands that you may or may not have heard of, but they are all excellent quality - ( some with human grade food ingredients) and are price appropriate for what you are getting.
They have everything from food to toys to beds to leashes - essentially a one stop shop.
On another occasion when looking for a litter box - they price matched one that I wanted with Petsmart - all in all excellent customer service - good products and they genuinely love and care for animals. Its a great place to shop for your four legged family member.
