Time elapsed - 30 minutes.
Unreal.
But it's NOT being processed by UPMC Urgent Care, so i'll take a little EXTRA time to say this. The facility was clean and well-appointed. The staff was courteous and right-to-business. The visit was fast (30 minutes from the time i walked in (without appointment) until I limped out the door).
The sole complaint might be that there was no wifi connection, but this is ameliorated by the fact that I never had time to enjoy the wifi because I never had to wait long enough to open the browser on my iphone.
