I had heard great things about BabyStacks so when I was in town for Christmas I had to check it out. They wait was long because there were a ton of people there. We actually got seated faster than they said it would take. I personally don't care if there is a long wait. A long wait means there are tons of people that want to eat there and I understand why. If you complain about a wait at a restaurant you are the same kind of person who thinks traffic is a personal attack on you. Wow I'm preachy.
The food is excellent. Everything we ordered was great. I can tell they care about making good quality food with real ingredients. There is no comparison between a place like this and some chain restaurant.
Lets talk about the food! I ordered the breakfast burrito and the carrot cake pancakes. Holy hot damn were those pancakes good. The breakfast burrito was also great, I ordered it with the sausage (I think its Peruvian sausage or something, I can't remember). My gf ordered the Two eggs and bacon with the red velvet pancakes. It really is like having cake for breakfast. They are amazing, I get why they red velvet pancakes are so popular.
