I'm giving them two stars only because the lady who sold me the phone was nice (Kensington location). I went on maternity leave and only needed a phone for a year and didn't want to be roped into a multi-year contract with some of the bigger companies. They offer no-contract plans that seemed way cheaper than any of the other places out there. However, their coverage is TERRIBLE. I live in downtown Calgary and couldn't get reception half the time. My parents live in Aspen and I could not get reception out there either. And also, no reception in the Chinook Mall area either. Really, when you're on maternity leave, the only places you really hang out are at home (downtown), your parent's home (Aspen) and the mall (Chinook)... so this phone just did not work for me.
Also, the customer service on the phone is terrible. I don't know if they just like to hire people that talk very slow but canceling my phone took over 30 minutes. I would not recommend unless you want a phone that only works some of the times.
