Over the past month, I've gone to Abide once or twice a week and have come to really enjoy Hope's classes. So far I've stuck with the Abide Vinyasa - All Levels class and have found it to be both accessible and the right level of challenging as a yoga novice. "Pay what you can" Karma classes are offered periodically throughout the week and are of the same high quality as any of the regular classes.
As a teacher, Hope does a great job of guiding students through the poses and suggests adaptations based off of personal preference or needs and is very accommodating to students of all levels. The studio itself is bright and clean, and provides blocks, belts, rugs, or mats as needed and tea is usually offered before or after class. The music for each class is never quite the same, and I get the feeling a lot of thought goes into each session.
