Protogym is by far my favorite gym ever. I will continue to keep my membership here. I would recommend it to any friends or family. Mike the owner is a great guy. He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and working out. As a person he is authentic and you can actually talk to him. As a woman I know I feel weird working out in front of men but truth be told I never feel that way here. Even by other people working out at the gym, you can tell everyone is here to reach their fitness goals. No one is trying to hit on you or get your number. Jake is one of the trainers that works at Protogym and he is awesome as well. I had a session with Jake and he was again very knowledgeable about fitness, eating, and being health conscious. He actually taught me a lot in the 2 hours he trained with me. I just have nothing bad to say about this gym. It's clean, it has a ton of equipment from beginner type equipment to advanced type equipment. Also NO CONTRACTS! That was what made me go there to begin with. When I joined in February there was no startup fees either. I don't know if it's the same now. I love this gym. If you're looking for a new gym. Protogym is your jam.
