Dear Viva, I look forward to you with anticipation and dread in my heart. It makes my heart overly pleased to see my everyday friends and those who live far in their finest wear. Yes, it's our comi-con. We live it everyday! We sure do love everything that is old timey time. What crushed my heart was the extortion rates that were charged after I got taken off the wait list. It was literally hundreds of dollars more to book the room than the advertised "Viva Rates." Thus explains the reason why people hoard rooms. That's my drinking and shopping money! The event ran pretty smoothly, it sucks to have Disney long waits at most events. I'd have to say that the head of security could use a few months of sensitivity training. Him telling yelling at a guest that he was "Sick and tired of you Rockabillies!" Was totally uncalled for. Humiliating women is not a skill, it's plain bullying. I'd have to say that this is the dirtiest Viva that I've been to. There was trash everywhere!!!! We had to bus tables just so we could sit.
