Norma is amazing! Clean 'N Fresh was just what our carpets needed. Norma (the owner) answered my call. Explained her pricing policy concisely and simply. She worked with my schedule. She measured and priced out the job once she was here. She answered all my questions and concerns immediately. She got right to work. The carpets look, feel and smell great. We have an elderly kitty who vomits frequently. Norma was able to even get those areas looking and smelling much better. I waited several days before posting this review. Many times carpets look great immediately after but then.... Competitive pricing, on time service, lots of helpful tips for carpet care. I'll be calling her this time next year.
