Honestly I dont know why people dont write more positive reviews. It seems people only write reviews when something is wrong. This is probably why there are so few reviews on this site.
I have lived in the woodhawk club now for about 8 months and I love it. This is a wonderful place to live. The managers are always friendly and prompt. I got my car stuck( Completely my fault) and they helped me get it out without one word of criticism or scolding. Truly nice people.
The complex is converting from carpet to hard wood in the main section of most apartments. They also are replacing all the older washer/dryer and dishwasher units. When I moved in we had hard wood and a new dishwasher.
My neighbors have been very friendly. I have a family with small children that lives above me and Ive never heard them. The floors are well insulated compared to many places I've lived. The apartments are well insulated and well made. We are permitted to paint and (so long as its not a dark color) dont have to repaint when we move out.
The facilities are great. The pool always has a life guard and the clubhouse is always super clean. Some of the gym equipment is a little dated, but I've always been able to get a good workout there which means I dont have to pay for a gym membership somewhere else.
Again my neighbors are great. People come and go, but everyone is polite and says hi when they walk by. Lots of families and younger people live here. Someone is always out walking their dog. Its a nice neighborhood.
We had a clogged drain and the maintenance crew was very prompt in calling me back and even worked around my schedule so that I could get it fixed in the shortest time possible.
It blows my mind that people rate this complex so low! I am going to sign a lease for another year when my lease is up.
Speaking of leases. If you sign a 14 month lease you get 1 month for free that is deducted a little bit from each month making the rent very affordable.
For all the people who wrote negative reviews, there are tons of other people that love living in the Woodhawk Club.
