Over the past four years I've made multiple yearly purchases with RC Willey. One of those purchases was a dishwasher and extended warranty. The sales people try very hard to push extended service plans. At the time of purchase you're told. WHATEVER THE PROBLEM JUST CALL AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.
My dishwasher is now 3 years old and the wheels have all fallen off the bottom rack. I tried to obtain service from RC Willey under their service plan only to be told " We don't cover that."
I spoke to a supervisor (Angie) with RC Willey extended warranty and told her to decide right now if you want to loose my business over this. She told me "We don't cover that." I told her RC Willey doesn't stand behind products they sell congratulations you've just succeeded in loosing all of my business!!!
