In my opinion this is the best yoga studio ever! The space is gorgeous, roomy and provides everything that helps relax the mind and body.
The yoga room is huge. You have plenty of space between you and your neighbor yogis. It also have a unique floor that looks like rubber nesting...not sure how to describe it but it's not hard floors, a bit cushiony and still supportive.
The instructor was great: understanding the different skill levels, knowing when to challenge, and was hands on correcting form.
After class, you can continue to relax in their amazing tea lounge. The design was well thought out, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I was ready to spend the night.
I'm also excited that they'll be opening a new location downtown in July. It won't be long that I'll become a regular.
