I think I can say with some certainty, that the "5-star" reviews here are fake. The bellagio poker room is without a doubt the worst room in all of vegas. Horrible dealers, crappy table placement, atrocious cocktail service and, to top it all off, the most offensive and disinterested floormen EVER. They simply cannot be bothered to do anything that could remotely be considered "service oriented". Nasty and dismissive, not to mention clearly unable to handle even the most basic aspects of their job (open new tables, handle table changes, fill seats as needed, etc.). I've been here a half dozen times and it's always the same (or worse) than the last time; I'll NEVER go back. When compared to Aria, Wynn, etc (where service is consistently amazing), there is simply no reason. I thought about complaining to management, but realized anything this pervasive is a direct result of inferior upper management and thus there is no value in bringing a complaint to them.
