8/29/15..... Darlene and Heather at this office is horrible! I have never been greeted with such RUDE customer service. My appointment was scheduled for today and I'm just finding out that my appointment have been rescheduled due to Heather not receiving the correct information from my insurance. I call back to find out what happened and Darlene says... You gave the wrong insurance number to the receptionist. OK..... When did I go to school for insurance????? I'm a teacher not a insurance coordinator! My appointment was cancelled due to negligence in the office. Darlene tries to defend the ignorant receptionist; instead of just owning that they screwed up. I will drive to Tuscon before ever doing business with this company again.
