Hi all, went shopping for an suv. Tried Friendly Ford and Kia. Nothing in stock. all the suv's they showed us came to them from Kia who apparently buys them from rental places, run-out leases and trade-ins. After they tried to unload a really crappy Mercury suv on us, we decided to go down the street and noticed Charlie's. A little apprehensively we pulled in and were greeted by Woody. There was no bs here, Woody was fantastic and so were the managers.
They provided us with all the information and then some about all those questions you always want to ask but is like pulling teeth at regular dealerships. I liked the business model they have, they have a great working website and like I mentioned, zero bs!
Long story short, Woody and the managers were great, guess we made some new friends there and we left in a beautiful black Mercedes LM 350, just what we were looking for.
