My first visit to this salon was FABULOUS! But the second and third visits were very very disappointing, so I won't go back.
Specifically, my nail tech the second two visits (same person) was less than professional, and the pedicures were both very sloppy. She seemed in a big hurry for me to leave on both occasions even though there were empty chairs.
I should have asked for someone else yesterday, but wanted to give the second visit a chance to be a one-off occurrence.
But the last straw...she didn't make eye contact with me when I checked out yesterday, nor did she acknowledge the customary 20? tip I gave. I didn't see closely enough before leaving how messy and bubbly the polish was, or I would have insisted on it being fixed. I was home before I noticed, so unfortunately I won't go back.
