I bought an used 2015 toyota car in this dealership perfectly knowing it was too expensive, but I just wanted to buy a car in a place where I would feel that if something happened to it I would be covered. The car was certified and it was under warranty. Then the back door's latch broke and it was a nightmare! I called and nobody helped me, I was just sent to talk to Ricardo (Rico) who was on vacations so I'd to wait until he called me back, but he didn't. I received the worst treatment I've ever received in my life from this person and Charvette Anderson. He said that my car wasn't certified which wasn't truth and that I was the one that broked the latch (a 3 weeks bought car), he screamed at me pretty bad and then called me back to give me some info I told him I didn't want to talk to him because he screamed at me he said: "I've the info you need, but I'm not giving to you because you're rude!"...and he just hung out the phone. So I thought: Am I rude after he told me I'd broke the latch, screamed at me and lied to me by telling me the car I bought wasn't certified?!!! After that I spoke to Charvette, because she answered the phone and didn't want to transfer my call to Ricardo's manager. Talking to her was an even worst and a very, very disturbing situation. I'm even afraid to recieve a reply from her here! And I'm not going to give a lot of details, but after the phone call I made, she called me back and told me that they were going to be really nice to me and help me (with a car with warranty and cerified) and by helping me I should give them a good review online!!!! And she addressed me with the most disturbing and ironic voice ever to drive safely to the dealership!!!! I asked to her why do I need to write something nice for a very bad service and why I was feeling I owned her a favor. After some words she said to me: I'm going to hung up I hope you don't get mad at me! Is this the way they should treat a customer?? I only bought an used car because I was going to buy a new car in december to bring it back to my hometown! And they knew it! They knew I was going to buy a brand new car and they treated me like hell! I told her do you understand I was going to buy a new car and she said: it's ok! (Like it didn't matter) Even if I wasn't going to buy another car, they didn't have any right to treat me with such disrespect! I was going to send a letter to North Hills' CEO! But I've the feeling that he'll treat me in the same way, like it doesn't matter! Like I'm not a valuable customer! I felt horrible that day! The worst thing is that my husband had to take the car 3 times! 3 times for them to fix the latch, if it's already fix, which I really doubt! I feel like they scammed me by charging so much for this car! I wish I bought it someplace else! Please stay away from this creepy and weird place!!!
