Terrible experience. Had custom ring made and it was not good quality or craftsmanship. Refused o fix errors in setting. Very poor customer service from beginning to end. Staff pushy, condescending, not advising clients properly on design issues. They try to appear upscale but anything but. Will not go back ever. When I got my ring appraised after, it didn't match their store appraisal. I was told the quality is much lower. I asked how this can be. Apparently, mark lash uses a less stringent rating system, so there rating is more lenient and their diamonds are not as good as they say they are.
