WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The manager Miguel is the worst ever. Ordered furniture from here. Some was back ordered and I was told it would be delivered 12.15. I called the store the day before to confirm delivery for next day. They tell me oh it's back ordered another week. I tell them this is unacceptable and they should have called me. They tell me I can cancel it and buy something in stock. So I do that... it ends up that they owe me $70. I give them my credit card for the refund and they call back and say it doesn't match the credit card I used to pay. I say yes that credit card was cancelled due to fraud and this is my new one. They say they want me to come in person to sign a paper and a check? I'm not even in the country at this point (on vacation.) I ask for the manager Miguel and he tells me I'm "so rude" and "he can't help me." I also tell him that the installation I paid for was not done correctly and before I had left bolts were coming out of the bed and he tells me I'm committing "fraud"... um how so? I'm the one that paid $100 for installation and bolts are literally falling out on the ground and he won't come back out and fix it?? AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
