Shawn went over and above to discuss hitch options and help me pick the right hitch for my Subaru. He knew that there is a 'hidden' hitch I could order & he could install. I was going to have him install a hitch from the Subaru dealer b/c I thought it was also 'hidden' but he looked online and learned that it was not. I went with a standard hitch he had in-stock and it's great. He had availability to install within a few days while I was in Scottsdale; he was professional, friendly, he came to me and most importantly, installed the hitch perfectly.
