This place this is the biggest scam ever. Their finance department are crooks!!! I went in to Serpentini with my husband and brother. I found a Malibu that I liked that was priced at 13,500. My husband and brother went in to the finance managers office to sign the paperworks as I was told I wasn't needed. They got distracted by small talk from the finance manager and ended up signing paperwork for 18,500 that's a 5,000 difference by the time I looked at the paperwork we already left the dealership (I wasn't in the finance office) and I was told there was nothing that could be done. I cant refinance the car, I cant trade it in because well its not worth jack S**t and the negative is so high it screws me on any other car loan. I wouldn't buy from this place if it was the last place on EARTH that had cars. I hope they go out of business. I will continue to trash them to anyone I know looking to buy a car... I will make sure they stay clear of Serpentini. Their name is fitting damn snakes
