I called yesterday to ask if they could make their drinks dairy free as several members of my group are allergic. Normally, we go to Starbucks but thought we'd try someone else. I was shocked to to get a recording with no option to speak to a person. Instead, the recording gave basic information on hours and locations and said NOT to leave a message! So rather than go out of our way to meet at a coffee shop where we had no idea if they had dairy free drinks, we went to our usual Starbucks and gave them our money. guess that Coffee Rush doesn't need our business!
