This was the worst service I have ever received anywhere!!! I came in and wanted an oil change and coolant fluid changed. When I pulled up no one came up and greeted me or told me where to go or who to talk to to get service. I just stood with my car parked in service until finally I went to the payment desk and asked for help. I told them I wanted an oil change and coolant changed because a different Honda I went to told me I needed it but I didn't have time that day to do it so I just asked for it with my next oil change. I was under the impression it was $50 because I got an email with a list of services and prices. Of course I couldn't find the email and the guy tells me he has no idea what I'm talking about it's a minimum $200 and then he says he can do the coolant change and transmission fluid change for $200, so I just tell him fine do it. He told me it would only be a couple hours so I left for an hour and came back and IT WASN'T DONE FOR ANOTHER 4 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I brought my car in at 9 (had an appointment) and DIDN'T LEAVE UNTIL AFTER 2 PM!!!!!!! I was furious, I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER go back to this location. And a week after I got the service done, I get an email from Honda with services and prices saying coolant change is $50 and transmission fluid change $70. I'm a 23 year old woman and I was there alone, and of course I don't know much about cars and I have no family nearby so no one to get advice from about this and I completely felt taken advantage of. TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GO!!!!!!
