Maybe one of the worst pedicures of my life. The wait was ridiculous, but I put my name down and came back, no biggie, I had errands. Then I soaked in scolding hot water for like 30 minutes. Too hot even after asking them to fix it. The tech, Leslie was rude, and kept playing on her cell during my pedi. Barely did any massaging and looked irritated when I asked her to wipe the insane amount of oil off the bottoms of my feet. She also cleaned gunk out of the tub filter and put the gunk in the water while my feet were in the water and wouldn't let me take my feet out when I tried to. Yes, she basically scolded me that she still needed to rinse my legs.
There was also a male worker sitting in the back doing nothing while 5 people were waiting and walking out. Don't waste your money, and you risk your health. I hope the Ohio Cosmetology Board checks these reviews and pays a visit!
