I received a gift certificate to have my seats shampooed here. The young man informed me that they wouldn't be cleaning anything other than the seats because that's all that the gift certificate entitled me to. I don't know what process they use to do it but my vehicle came back dirtier than when it arrived. Spray from whatever machine they used was caked all over my windows and trim, and no one thought to wipe it off? For the amount of money that was spent, I was annoyed and disappointed. I understood that I wasn't going to get a full detail on my car, but the result was a gross mess on every surface in the vehicle. Save your money! I'm sure there are better businesses out there that don't charge an arm and a leg and actually deliver on their cleaning services.
