Taft w/ Swift Home Inspections is my go-to inspector for thorough yet NOT kill-the-deal inspection. He is personable yet very business like to go thru every detail and make sure you understand the issues - w/o being too long-winded - just right on his explanations. They also are reasonably priced and offer 90 day warranties on a variety of issues that no other company that I know of has! Swift home inspections has my 5star vote!
