Yesterday I called to confirm they had a sale item in stock and then drove 45 mins to store to purchase (the item wasn't available on line). When I arrived I was told the item was out of stock (it was the last sale date of the item) and that "Costco doesn't offer rain checks". I'm done shopping there.
