Rachel you saved the day. Three days of worry and to tackle a botched haircut you are an angel. I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, patience and being so meticulous with my new hair style. MY POST FOR 90 Degrees on Piper Glenn (listed below) 1.0 star rating7/21/2017 I recently had a color with highlights and a cut. Love the color...but realized late that evening the actual cut was seriously uneven on the sides. Went back the very next day being told that by the stylist that he couldn't see it. I have actual pictures...Throughout the 2 cut many excuses are made to blame the customer: I'm OCD and kept moving that was the reason for the cut being uneven...even after the cut it was still noticeable and have the pics. I requested a handheld mirror so that I could see if the cut was corrected and was refused. He blew out my hair and I knew that he was irritated with me so I took the higher ground and kindly left without a scene. I don't want a reimbursement...just wanted someone without an ego to correct a wrong and be accountable for the bad job; not the case. I locate a new salon called Elements 5 the next and the stylist showed me with her handheld mirror a layer in the back that looked like fryer tuck...I was shocked was this done intentionally!!! If so, how cruel...she was amazing. Knew what a blunt cut was, blended the back portion layer so it was not an obvious mistake. Rachel thx a million for fixing such a tragic haircut from 90 degrees.
